OH SH%T HER BIRTHDAY – don’t worry we remember for you By;jl
You happen to hear her on the phone talking about it; she throws hints at you or whatever the case may be that her birthday is coming. At this moment your either thinking, oh sh%t, I forgot about that. The 5 percent that did remember haven’t even thought about a gift yet. Sorry, Birthday sex won’t make up for a crappy gift or not getting one at all. Don’t worry though, we remember for you. The problem with gifts is not knowing how much to spend, what to get, and so on. Here are some tips on making sure your gift doesn’t end up getting you in the doghouse.
First thing you have to do is you have to listen to her. I don’t mean listening to her gossip. I mean listening to her when she gives details about herself, favorite color, favorite song, so on. 90 percent of women think it’s the little things that matter most. There is that other 10 percent you date that think the more you spend the better. The first time a female told me it was the small things that mattered, I didn’t believe it. I was thinking, yeah, you say that now until you get that first gift. I listened to every little detail she said about herself or what she liked, only remembering the important things.
Next, look at everything you know now about her and choose the best gift. She’s always said time after time that she loves snow globes, things that smell good, clothes from this store, shoes from that store, and anything with her name on it. That alone gives you a wide range of ideas.
Now that you’ve listened and studied her, you should be able to find that gift that is right for her and will stop her dead in her tracks. For me it was this big snow globe that allows you to put a picture in and record a voice message.
Ok so you got the gift, good. Now make it unique. You have to make her feel like “this made me think of you.” Like I said, the snow globe already had unique details but I went the extra mile. I wrote a small note and graphically placed it on her picture that went inside the globe. You can do lots of things to go that extra mile and make her smile, just don’t go overboard.
Last but not least, forget the card. Go old school and grab a notebook and pen and write her a sweet note. It can be long and sweet, or right to the point. Why? Because what she’s going to remember most, a card that you and thousands of others have bought or a note you write or type yourself, to her and for her. Think about it. The right gift lasts as long as your relationship does.
